Itinerary Day by Day
Casablanca - Rabat - Meknes - Fes
After breakfast, your Morocco Happiness Tours guide will pick you up in Casablanca to start your imperial cities tour. Visit Casablanca before continuing to Rabat, Morocco's capital, where you can see Hassan Tower and Oudaya Kasbah. Continue to Meknes, known for its imperial history and Bab Mansour gate, then visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis before driving to Fes for an overnight stay in a riad or hotel.
Fes Guided City Tour
Spend the full day exploring Fes with a local guide. Visit the historic medina, Al-Qarawiyyin University, Chouara Tanneries, and major monuments inside the old city. After a full day discovering Fes, return to your hotel or riad.
Fes - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga Dunes
After breakfast, depart Fes and travel through Ifrane and the cedar forest of Azrou, where you may see Barbary apes. Cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing forests, springs, and Berber villages. Stop for lunch in Midelt, then continue toward Erfoud and the Sahara Desert. Arrive at Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga, ride camels to the desert camp, enjoy sunset, dinner, campfire, and an overnight stay in a Berber tent.
Merzouga - Dades Valley
Wake early to enjoy the magical sunrise over the dunes. After leaving the desert, meet your guide and continue toward Dades Valley. Travel through Tinghir, stop for lunch, and visit Todra Gorges with time to walk between the canyon walls. Continue to Dades Valley for dinner and overnight stay.
Dades Gorges - Valley of Roses - Skoura - Ouarzazate
After breakfast, drive toward Ouarzazate through the Valley of Roses, with the option to visit a rose cooperative. Continue through Skoura Oasis, famous for its palm trees, and pass by Taourirt Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site connected to the history of Thami El Glaoui. Overnight in Ouarzazate.
Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech
Continue toward Marrakech and visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, famous as a filming location for productions such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Cross the High Atlas Mountains through Berber villages and scenic landscapes before arriving in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Overnight in Marrakech.
Marrakech - Casablanca Airport
Enjoy free time in the medina of Marrakech depending on your schedule. Later, your Morocco Happiness Tours guide will transfer you to Casablanca Airport according to your flight time.
