How quickly will you reply to my inquiry?+

We are staffed every day from 08:00 to 22:00 (Morocco time) and aim to reply within 2 hours during those hours. Messages received after 22:00 get a reply by 10:00 the next morning. This is our response target, not a guarantee.

What should I include in my request?+

Your travel dates or a flexible window, the number of adults and children, where you want to be picked up, and the trip you are interested in. The more you tell us, the more exact our itinerary and price.

Can I contact you on WhatsApp instead of using the form?+

Do I book or pay online when I send a request?+

No. Sending a request is only an inquiry. Your booking is confirmed directly with Morocco Happiness Tours, not through automatic online checkout.
